Rolls too large for UPS Ground, ship via freight truck.

The standard shipping charge for these items is for shipping to a business address or to the closest trucking terminal for you to pick up.

You will choose this $75.00 residential fee, if the delivery address is residential. This is in addition to the normal shipping charge for the item.

Customer is still responsible for removing the roll from the truck at the time of delivery. This is simply a fee for having to go outside of the normal business delivery routes.

This is the policy of the trucking company and not Turf Headquarters.
