Shipping Information:    Items generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of order and payment. We use both UPS shipping, and freight truck, for larger orders. UPS orders should arrive in 3 to 5 days and freight truck shipments usually arrive in 5 to 7 days. Residential shipping of orders via freight truck do not include unloading of the turf from the truck. Customer is responsible for removing the turf from the truck. This is a policy of the freight carrier and not Turf Headquarters.


Returns Policy:  No returns on items that have been installed or cut.   Due to rising fuel/freight charges, all returns, if approved, will be issued a refund minus shipping charges both on the initial shipping and on the return shipping to us.
